Amizur Nachshoni was born in Israel and lived in the US for many years. With 10 years of experience teaching English and Hebrew, he manages to work with all types of students of all ages, starting from children aged 12, to teenagers and adults, working with them offline and online.
Many school districts are currently working to build an efficient strategy for their fall back students. In school preparing for the unknown is no easy feat to undertake.
Knowledge influences all that we see, do, and believe in our culture. School is more than a refuge for students from the fundamentals of reading and writing, to entrepreneurship and the economy.
For conventional schools (when we’re not in a pandemic), students usually attend normal school day by age, grade level, test score results, and special learning needs. Academically, the way we run schools today is still a traditional pattern of learning material, memorizing it, and taking standardized exams, for the most part.
It is no responsibility of the educators to follow this conventional way of teaching. Several factors influence the education of a child, including state and federal regulations to school boards and funding. Sadly, educators may not have a strong presence at this table.
According to Amizur Nachshoni “In today’s classroom, we also have four generations of educators — those who grew up without a computer, and those who held the world in their pocket. The variations in each generation are so big, major changes can be difficult to get everyone on board. It’s also a good idea to take small steps to improve the program outcomes. ”
Students have the opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with their peers and educators in successful schools, particularly at the high school level. They are studying and rising together. They are able to explore their talents and take lessons in line with their interests. We have an opportunity to develop, improve their skills, concentrate on career options, shadow markets, access career guides, and mentors, solve problems, learn to challenge, debate, and address important issues. We also learn how to work together and individually, while learning social and emotional skills that are important.
Ultimately, a successful school sees each student as a whole person and stresses positive growth in development without thinking about constant grades and exams.
All of these above-mentioned experiences help young adults become engaged and active citizens and contribute meaningfully to the world.
Learning is a journey of a lifetime that should never be over.

Include input from junior and senior high school students and have them assist in program design. Hear their voices and their passions. Mentor students, and show them how to become underclass mentors.
Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills — Teachers may develop lessons that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills for virtually any given content area or topic. Challenging students to climb above the mark as you know they should.
Focus on Careers — Teach older students how to focus their hearts and heads on careers. This type of teaching means helping students make smart choices when it comes to college, careers, and planning for the future. Passion is important, but we want our students to land a job in a sector we expect to develop.
Learn with Students — You can connect with them when you learn with your students. You show vulnerability, and that can help raise self-esteem for a child. Grow up, listen to their world with your students — hear their stories.
